Classic Cambodia

Cambodia is a Southeast Asian nation whose landscape spans low-lying plains, the Mekong Delta, mountains and Gulf of Thailand coastline. Phnom Penh, its capital, is home to the art deco Central Market, glittering Royal Palace and the National Museum's historical and archaeological exhibits. In the country's northwest are the ruins of Angkor Wat, a massive stone temple complex built during the Khmer Empire.


Day 1


At the indicated time transfers to the airport to take the plane to Siem Reap. Siem Reap, former capital of the Khmer Empire. Here are the world famous temples of Angkor, an indisputable symbol of the country. They will contemplate throughout suesplendor the legacy of the late Khmer Empire, which ruled much of Southeast Asia between the 9th and 13th century. This city, plundered by the Siamese, was abandoned to its fate. Over the centuries, nature claimed its territory and the jungle completely absorbed the place. It remained hidden until 1860, when the French turned the country into a French protectorate. Upon arrival at the airport your guide will be waiting to transfer you to your hotel. Day 2


At 8: 00 am, after breakfast at the hotel the guide will pick you up. Today you will visit The Incredible Angkor complex. Your first visit will be to the best known temple and insignia of
Cambodia, Angkor Wat. Then you will visit Ta Prohm world-renowned for Tomb Raider's film and its peculiar trees above the structures. This temple served as a buddhist monastery and coming to accommodate almost 13000 people. Then you will visit Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphuon, Phimeanakas and The Elephant Terrace. Finally, they will head to the Temple of Pre Rup, from where they will be able to contemplate the sunset. Accommodation in Siem Reap

Day 3


In the morning they will head to Lake Tonle Sap, the largest freshwater surface in Southeast Asia. Along the way they'll stop to see a lotus field. When they reach the lake they will climb a small boat to sail through one of the floating villages of the lake and to know the daily life of its inhabitants. At the end you will go to the Artisan dAngkor workshop, from where you will see a multitude of objects made in a traditional way. At the right time we will transfer you to Siem Reap airport to take the flight
